I recently purchased a pair of sports shoes from this company's website. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The delivery took longer than expected, and when I contacted customer support for an update, they were not very prompt in their response. Additionally, when I finally received the product, the quality was just average and not worth the price I paid. The shoes looked slightly different from the images on the website, which was a bit misleading. On the positive side, the packaging was good and the shoes were comfortable to wear. However, given the issues I encountered, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
