I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be less than satisfactory. It took quite a while to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Additionally, the overall communication was lacking. The delivery of the product was a bit delayed, but it arrived in good condition. The product itself was average in terms of quality, nothing exceptional. Although the prices were reasonable, the lackluster customer service experience overshadowed the positive aspects. Overall, I would say that this company has potential, but there are areas that need improvement.
