I found the services to be fairly average. While the platform is easy to navigate and offers a good range of alert management features, I experienced some reliability issues with notifications. The customer support was responsive, but I wish there were more comprehensive resources available for self-help. The pricing is competitive, but I believe there could be more transparency regarding the different plans and their features. Overall, it's a decent option for handling alerts, but there are areas that could be improved to provide a more seamless and consistent experience for users.
