I have had a mixed experience with Travelo.ninja. There were some aspects of their service that were great, while others left much to be desired. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find and book my desired flights and accommodations. However, the customer service was lacking. When I encountered an issue with my booking, it took multiple attempts to reach a representative who could help me. Overall, my experience with Travelo.ninja was average.
