I recently interacted with a company in the live entertainment industry. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, making it convenient to explore their offerings. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking, as my inquiries were not addressed promptly. The range of productions they offer is impressive, but I did feel that the ticket prices were on the higher side. Overall, my experience was average.
