Estando na indústria há mais de 30 anos, sinto que tenho um pouco de olho para produções bem feitas. Chad e a equipe da StoneKap têm uma mistura única de talentos para usar. Minha experiência se limita à excelente série Flite Test na web, mas com mais de 300 episódios online agora, eles não são apenas um flash na empresa de produção de pan. Os valores de produção para esta série são muito altos, mesmo com a maior parte da filmagem do conteúdo realizada manualmente, (ok, montagem de ombro, DSLR), é uma filmagem limpa, que nem sempre é fácil de fazer em um ambiente fechado em conteúdo que não é rigidamente roteiro e uma tonelada de detalhes e fotos em corte.
O áudio é sempre bem gravado ou, se tiver problemas, eles são muito bons em limpá-lo. Os vocais são claros e nítidos, e eu vi poucos ou nenhuns pontos em que tenha de retroceder, mesmo quando filmavam com o vento, eles mal podiam voar.
Para o Look do show, eles filmam uma variedade de interiores, exteriores com vento e neve, e raramente vejo uma imagem que realmente não corresponda. Estou surpreso com a engenhosidade de sua configuração e, embora eles não gastem uma tonelada de dinheiro em equipamentos de produção, isso de forma alguma significa que seus programas são de baixo orçamento na aparência. Se você pudesse construir um painel de luz LED com núcleo de espuma e tiras de LED, por que gastaria muito com um painel de luz?
A edição é muito limpa, "sem efeitos por causa dos efeitos", ou lenços de ovelhas caindo ... a continuidade é muito sólida, você nunca se pergunta como chegou a essa cena ou etapa, é sempre uma viagem linear muito boa desde a abertura teaser para fechar outtakes. Tenho que admitir que adicionei algumas técnicas e truques ou dois de assistir o show com um olho para "por que essa cena é tão fácil de entender, se nenhum outro show pode explicar ou ilustrar sem bagunçar".
StoneKap usa gráficos bem projetados e não usados em demasia, o que mantém o espectador focado na mensagem e não nos gráficos. O Branding and Look for Flite Test é limpo e consistente, e evoluiu desde os primeiros episódios até o alto nível atual.
Resumindo, eu recomendaria StoneKap para qualquer pessoa que precise de uma pequena equipe de produção totalmente integrada para levar sua mensagem ao objetivo rapidamente e dentro do orçamento, mantendo um olhar sério em manter um alto nível de qualidade de produção.
