I had a mixed experience with Truly Egypt Tours. While the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, the overall organization of the tour could have been better. Some attractions felt rushed and we didn't have enough time to fully appreciate them. However, the customer service was excellent and they promptly addressed any issues that arose during the tour.
