Fiveworx is a customer engagement platform that helps utilities enroll more of their customers in energy efficiency programs. This helps the utility generate more of their state-mandated energy savings goals, delivering more savings for every dollar spent. We use a variety of marketing methods (SEM, utility website integration, etc.) and offers (rebates, cash back rewards, gift cards, etc.) to engage users and drive them to our website. We then use a proprietary consumer segmentation solution and predictive analytics to give users a highly personalized, meaningful and relevant list of the five energy efficient measures and behaviors they are most likely to adopt. Our entire platform–from messaging to design–supports our Energy Segmentation Profiles, or Fiveworx ESP. We keep users engaged via our Messaging Framework, which delivers messages, notifications and alerts based on activity (or lack thereof), and key milestones (such as offer expiration).
